Why are my eyes so sensitive to light on a morning and how do I fix it?

i had a problem like this too about a month ago- however i wear contacts adn wht was making my eyes sensitive was that my contacts made my eyes really dry and irritated so if u have contacts then that is probably the case- hope this helps :)
