2nd monitor flickering?

It is most likely that your cabling to the second monitor is faulty and you should look for a replacement screen to PC cable. However before you buy a new cable have a look at your computers components usually through the control panel and then run checks on your graphics cards and their drivers if these said things are reporting back as operating fully without problems then just look into buying a new cable.
