She could be dehydrated. Make sure she has plenty of fresh water to drink and that she has somewhere cool to lie. If you are really worried take her to a vet and have her checked over. If her breathing is irregular then she could have something stuck in her throat or maybe she has been hit by a car and the injuries are internal. No matter what it is make sure you get her checked as she could be suffering.
