My little brother "controls" me,what can I do to stop him?

Ok he knows how sensitive I am to a lot of simulation so when ever he wants something,he will start screaming and flickering the lights until I get it for him.I try to fight him and I cover my eyes from the lights but he still doesn't give up.And the problem is I don't know his weakness.What can I do to keep him from doing this?
