If i leave a certain college, will if affect my application to their masters program?

i am contemplating leaving the current university i go to now to attend a school back in my home state. i am in the nursing program now at the school, and i want to get a masters after receiving my bsn at the school i would be leaving. if i leave the undergraduate program at this school will it negatively affect my application back to the school i had previous left? or will it be as if i never went there and they wont look at the fact i had left? the masters program is also offered through the school of nursing. so it is the same "school" but it is undergraduate application vs a graduate application. thanks!
