How can I fix my screen?

Well I am not able to figure out what problem you are experiencing. And also the link you posted also doesn't work. May be the cable which connects your PC and Monitor is not connected properly. Also try to keep your monitor switched off for about 24 hours. If nothing works then you could call a technician and ask him where the trouble is.
